Diagnostic call
Sixty minutes. You walk us through a normal week: what your team touches, where work sits waiting, what gets retyped. We ask about volumes and handoffs, not about your AI strategy.
VZNR is an AI implementation practice. We work across ten domains, from legal practice to construction. You get a written map of the automatable work in your business, the named tools that do it, what they cost to run — and, if you want it, the hands to set the whole thing up.
The order matters. Most failed AI projects start at step four and work backwards.
Sixty minutes. You walk us through a normal week: what your team touches, where work sits waiting, what gets retyped. We ask about volumes and handoffs, not about your AI strategy.
A written document listing each task we found, sorted three ways: automatable now, automatable with rework, and not worth touching yet. The third list is usually the most useful one.
Named products, not categories. Licence cost per seat per month, what it replaces, who on your team operates it, and what breaks if it goes down.
Optional. We configure the workflows, run them alongside your team, then hand over with written procedures and a training session. You own the accounts.
Open a domain to see the areas we work in and the specific tasks that are automatable with tools available today. This list is what we bring to the diagnostic call — it is a starting point, not a menu.
Worth reading before you buy. Most of the disappointment in this field comes from expectations nobody wrote down.
We will tell you how many hours a week a task currently takes and what a tool does to that number. What you do with the hours is your decision, and we make no claim about revenue, profit or staffing outcomes.
We work with commercially available tools. If your problem genuinely needs a bespoke model, we will say so on the diagnostic call and tell you that we are the wrong supplier.
Every tool is bought in your name, on your billing, under your control. Nothing we set up depends on VZNR continuing to exist. You can end the relationship and keep everything.
We are not lawyers, accountants, doctors or licensed advisors. Where a workflow touches regulated activity, we identify the constraint and tell you to take it to someone qualified.

You get the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the price in a document before you pay a cent. Nothing starts on a handshake and nothing is charged before you have agreed what you are buying.
Full refund any time before the first call. Pro-rated refund after that, worked out per week or per deliverable. The rules are published in full, not hidden in a terms page. Read them.
Enquiries, billing questions and refund requests all get a reply from a person within one business day. During an engagement, written questions get two.
The index covers what we see most often, not everything we can do. If your situation sits outside it, write to us and describe the work. We will scope it, assess the volume, and send you a fixed-price quote and an invoice — the same fixed-scope, fixed-price terms as everything else on this site.
No charge for the scoping. If we think the work is not worth doing, we will say so.
Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price, paid once, before work begins. Nothing recurring, no retainer, no minimum term.
